This report illustrates the findings from our community initiative exploring the knowledge, perspectives, and experiences of flu and COVID vaccinations across Ealing. This project was a part of the North-West London (NWL) Winter Campaign Fund, which we successfully bid done with an aim of promoting seasonal vaccinations, like flu and COVID-19 boosters, particularly among communities at higher risk of low uptake.

The information presented within this report reflects the individual patient experience of health and social care services, untainted and without agenda to ensure that the genuine observations and commentaries of the community are captured. We spoke with 27 people without a fixed address. 14 being asylum seekers and 13
people experiencing homelessness (rough sleepers, in sheltered accommodation
etc.), using a mixed method qualitative and quantitative interview approach
combining surveys and interviews to gather both numerical data and personal
stories.

Our annual report of 2024-25 summarises our patient experience findings, enter and view findings and our plans for the upcoming year 2025-26.
