Important Healthwatch Update

Healthwatch Ealing will continue as your independent local voice for health and social care.

The Government has confirmed that Healthwatch England and local Healthwatch organisations will be retained and strengthened, so that patients’ and the public’s experiences continue to play a greater role in improving health and social care services. 

Healthwatch England’s Acting Chief Executive, Chris McCann, has welcomed the decision, saying it recognises the vital role of an independent service user champion and ensures people will still have an independent organisation they can turn to for advice, advocacy and representation.
